Frequently asked questions
We currently only offer our services to companies with a VAT number, and we therefore cannot offer our SIM cards for private use.
We do not operate with a minimum contract period. You can always cancel with 1 month's notice. For example, if you cancel on the 22nd of the month, you pay out the month + 1 month.
Delivery time is 1-2 working days in DK and 4-7 days in the rest of the EU.
You can always contact us and request more data on your SIM cards. You can also choose to pool the SIM cards you have with us so that data is utilized across all your SIM cards.
We support 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G as well as NB-IoT and LTE-M. However, there may be a difference depending on where in the world you need to use your SIM cards.
We provide 3-in-1 SIM cards by default, offering nano (4FF), micro (3FF), and mini (2FF) sizes all in one. Additionally, you can opt for embedded SIMs (MFF2), which can be directly soldered onto a circuit board. We also offer eSIMs that function as a digital version of the traditional SIM card. Lastly, we offer the possibility to upgrade to industrial-grade SIM cards, which are more durable, have an extended lifespan and an increased memory capacity.
We do not operate with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) on the number of IoT SIM cards you can order at a time.
Yes, it's possible with our "Mass actions" tool, which allows you to make changes to thousands of SIM cards at once, including changes to spending limits, adding tags and start/stop.
To create a data pool, contact us and we will help you get started. Please note that only SIM cards on the same subscription can share a data pool.
You can use a number of common payment cards in the webshop. If you have a larger number of SIM cards, you can also choose the post-paid option by invoice.
